How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

My tracking number isn't working

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I need help with a late order

Yes, If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Out of the time, we will not be able to cancel/changing your order any more. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 12 hours of receiving your order. Personalized items cannot be exchanged as we cannot stock them.
